Northern Michigan group looking for parents to take their 'quality of life' survey

All Kids Thrive in Traverse City, launched the quality of life survey this past summer to help connect healthcare services to families who live in rural northern Michigan.

Depending on the age of their child, parents who qualify for the Earned Income Tax Credit could receive an additional $2,500 to $5,000 under the plan.
