A group trying to keep former President Donald Trump off the Michigan ballot says a Colorado Supreme Court decision will assist its effort.

A group arguing that former President Donald Trump is not eligible to run again plans to file its case Monday with the Michigan Supreme Court.

The Dobbs decision made abortion rights a national controversy that’s playing out state by state in the mid-term elections. Besides Michigan, there are four other states where voters will also decide abortion rights ballot questions.
