The Aldo Leopold Festival honors the life and work of Aldo Leopold, whose formative summers were spent exploring Marquette Island and the Les Cheneaux Area. The festival offers a rare opportunity to experience the same areas that shaped his pioneering land ethic and lifelong passion for ecological stewardship. The festival offers over 50 different tours, workshops, and lectures over the course of five days.
