Michigan Constitution

Signatures are in to propose a Michigan constitutional amendment requiring proof of citizenship to register to vote. Voter fraud is a felony, and extremely rare in the current system.

By law, the issue must appear on the ballot every 16 years. The last updated constitution was approved in 1962.
