They say they'll talk about reducing the damages after Peninsula Township considers their revised zoning rules, which were deemed unconstitutional by a judge this summer.

It's been a year since a tornado destroyed dozens of homes in Kalamazoo County and damaged hundreds more. A mobile home park in Pavilion Township took some of the worst damage. But even after a year, some residents are still living in damaged homes, and others never got to move back in.
