Kent County prosecutor, Christopher Becker, said as of Wednesday he still hasn’t received the rest of MSP’s investigative report over the shooting of Patrick Lyoya.

Patrick Lyoya was shot and killed by a Grand Rapids policeman following a traffic stop three weeks ago on Monday.
