This week on "The Juke Joint" broadcast it’s Mardi Gras in New Orleans and southern Louisiana. We’ll hear music by Professor Longhair, Fats Domino, Irma Thomas, the Neville Brothers, Clifton Chenier, Bobby Charles, the Treme Brass Band, Rusty & Doug Kershaw, Fats Domino, Marcia Ball, Lee Dorsey and the Balfa Brothers. I’ll also do a tribute to the late Huey “Piano” Smith, a wonderful songwriter and pianist.
