…The 2025 International Bluegrass Music Association Awards show just took place, and on Homespun this week we’ll sample some of the winners: Album of the Year, Best New Artist, Song of the Year, plus Male & Female Vocalist! We’ll also celebrate the life of legendary Acoustic Bassist Danny Thompson and his work with Pentangle and Richard Thompson.

Tom Ball is the host of 'Homespun' on WCMU, and is also a marketing representative for the station. He is responsible for securing program sponsorships for both WCMU Public Radio and WCMU Public Television.
