…Next month is the 36^th Annual International Bluegrass Music Awards show, and this week on Homespun we’ll hear music from two new inductees into the Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame: Hot Rize and The Bluegrass Cardinals! We’ll also celebrate the life of legendary Tejano Accordion player Flaco Jimenez with music from him, and his time making music and touring with musician Ry Cooder.

Tom Ball is the host of 'Homespun' on WCMU, and is also a marketing representative for the station. He is responsible for securing program sponsorships for both WCMU Public Radio and WCMU Public Television.
