Political experts say a blue wave is likely for the November election.
But a new report from the Michigan Campaign Finance Network found that Republican lawmakers are out raising Democrats by a wide margin.
The 30 most active PACs have raised 3.4 million dollars so far this period.
Of that thirty, 24 support Republican lawmakers, while only six support Democrats.
The top five Republicans combined have raised over 2 million dollars - more than four times what the top five state Democrats have raised.
The top individual earners were current Senate Majority Leader Arlan Meekhof and Republican Representative Lee Chatfield, who is expected to become speaker of the house if Republicans can keep the house following the November election.
