Michigan Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib (tuh-LEEB), was one of four members of the U-S House apparently targeted by President Trump when he tweeted that “they should just go home.”

But Tlaib told a crowd at the national convention of the N-double-A-C-P in Detroit that she was not going anywhere…until the President is impeached.

Some party officials have said Tlaib’s progressive wing of the Democrats must moderate their message…if they hope to make gains with middle-of-the-road voters.

Tlaib responded by repeating the convention’s slogan – “When we fight…we win.”

TLAIB: “That’s how we fight! We fight by taking these kind of actions and not saying ‘Oh is this strategically the right thing?’ No! Is it the right thing? Is it going to provide justice for all?”

Tlaib was followed on stage by U-S House Speaker…Democrat Nancy Pelosi…who has often seemed at odds with the progressive wing of her caucus.

But Pelosi says Democrats in Congress remains united…and that the party has always had disagreements between members.
