Lansing-based EPIC-MRA has wrapped up a survey of 600 Michigan registered voters who are likely 2024 November voters.

Republican and former President Donald Trump leads President Joe Biden by five points, 46% to 41%. Former Republican Governor, Nikki Haley, of South Carolina leads Biden by 11 points, 47% to 36%.

What impact do former President Trump’s criminal charges in four separate cases have? If convicted of a crime before the election, 44% said they’d be less likely to vote for Trump.

However, pollster Bernie Porn points out that block is “not voting for him anyway.” But among Trump supporters, there are enough who would drop their support for the former president. In that scenario Trump’s lead decreases from 46% to 40% giving Biden a one percentage point advantage.

In Michigan U.S. Senate polling, Democrat Elissa Slotkin narrowly leads Republicans James Craig and Mike Rogers. In a head-to-head with Craig, Slotkin leads 40% to 38% and against Rogers its 39% to 37%

There’s a 4-point plus/minus margin for error.

35% of survey participants described themselves as Conservative, 34% Moderate, 21% Liberal and 10% Undecided or Refused to answer.
