Three men accused of attempting to kidnap Governor Gretchen Whitmer in the fall of 2020 appeared in a northern Michigan court on Tuesday.
Defendants Eric Molitor, Michael Null, and William Null appeared in the Antrim County courthouse in Bellaire for a motion hearing.
Judge Charles Hamlyn confirmed one motion updating Molitor’s bond conditions, allowing him to attend county and township meetings and participate in public comment.
All three defense attorneys confirmed their clients will plead not guilty. The trial is set to begin on August twenty-third.
