The City is bringing food trucks and lawn games to an outdoor space in partnership with the West Dearborn Downtown Development Authority.

Jordan Twardy is Dearborn’s economic development director. He says the city is making a concerted effort to better-connect residents with its businesses and public spaces.

“We saw the Holy Month of Ramadan as a really great catalytic opportunity to not only celebrate a holiday that's important to our community, but also to celebrate our downtown and getting out and enjoying it.”

The event will take place each Thursday through Saturday during Ramadan. The Holy Month is expected to begin March 23rd and end April 21st but the exact timing depends on the sighting of the crescent moon.
