The suspect in the Oxford school shooting and his parents are all due back in court on January 7th.
15-year-old Ethan Crumbley is scheduled for a PROBABLE cause conference on Friday. It’s a legal step in the process as prosecutors pursue murder, terrorism and other charges connected to the deaths of four high school students and the wounding of seven others including a teacher.
Also on Friday, his parents will be in court for a motion hearing. They are facing four counts of involuntary manslaughter.
At the hearing, a judge is expected to consider James and Jennifer Crumbleys’ request to have their respective 500 thousand dollar bonds reduced to 100 thousand dollars.
Prosecutors claim the Crumbleys are a flight risk.
