Michigan’s Republican-led Legislature continues its search for evidence of widespread voter fraud.
In an often contentious hearing, GOP witnesses made allegations of bullying and impropriety by election workers at TCF Center in Detroit.
ACLU Attorney Phil Mayor introduced 30 affidavits from Democratic and non-partisan poll challengers. The documents detail how many Republican poll watchers showed up at TCF Center poorly-trained and intent on causing chaos.

“If there's something to investigate about the events at TCF it is not the conduct of the poll workers who labored selflessly during a pandemic in the fix of often vicious and seemingly racist harassment, but rather it is the coordinated conduct of aggressive under informed and lawless challengers who would not look forward to do their job,” said Mayor.

Witnesses in this hearing were placed under oath. Last week, President Trump’s personal attorney, Rudy Giuliani, presented false testimony and misleading witnesses who were not sworn-in.

Giuliani has since tested positive for the Coronavirus, forcing the state House leadership to cancel session this week.
