WCMU Morning News Roundup - August 6, 2020

On today's Morning News Roundup, Gov. Gretchen Whitmer has declared racism to be a public health crisis in Michigan. We'll explain what that means for state employees.

We also hear about concerns over how voting went in this week's primary, and what some say needs to be done before the November general election. And we remember former Governor William Milliken. A memorial service will be held for him today in Interlochen.

Mike Horace is WCMU's Radio Program and Operations Manager.
