As of Saturday afternoon, mid and northern Michigan have four more presumed positive cases of COVID-19.
Health officials in Wexford and Clare counties say they each have a confirmed case.
The Health Department of Northwest Michigan says there were also presumptive positives in Charlevoix and Emmet counties.
That brings the current tally of known cases in northern Michigan to six, with well over 500 cases reported statewide. So far, four people have died from from the disease statewide, all in southeast Michigan.
To avoid spreading COVID-19, health officials recommend washing your hands, self-isolation, avoid public places and limit travel.
