Senator Gary Peters is planning his third annual motorcycle ride across Michigan.

The bipartisan ride takes motorcyclists to more than a dozen counties around the state.

During the ride, senator Peters plans to meet with constituents to share ideas on how to improve Michigan’s economy and protect our natural resources.

Gary Peters is a U.S. Senator for Michigan and avid motorcycle rider. He said there will be opportunities to join him on the ride.

“I also ride with other folks, I’ll be riding with a group called Farmers on Harley’s, I’ll be riding with veterans, I’ll be riding with folks who work in labor. Just really a cross section of America who also enjoy riding and we’ll be riding together throughout beautiful Michigan.”

Senator Peters said he’ll be stopping in 12 counties to meet with constituents.

The five day ride starts on Monday, August 6th in Tuscola County.

More information on the ride can be found on Senator Peters website.
