A number of roadways in and around Mount Pleasant are in need of repair after last night's rain storm washed several away.
Several roads including Blanchard, Deerfield, Rosebush, and Loomis were all severely damaged.
The Isabella County Road Commission recorded 58 water-covered roads by 11am this morning.
Officials the road commission speculate it could take months to repair the damage.
They said many of the gravel roads in the county were eroded, and they advise drivers to avoid large puddles, which may be deeper than they appear.
