The previously unpublished notes of author Mark Twain have been transformed into a children’s book by a Michigan couple.

Phillip and Erin Stead wrote and illustrated their new book, The Purloining of Prince Oleomargerine based on sixteen pages of notes from the legendary writer.

WCMU’s Sue Ann Martin sat down with the Stead’s to discuss their new book, and the task of completing a story started by Mark Twain.
