New JN.1 variant dominates latest COVID surge in U.S.

The United States is amid another COVID-19 surge. This time a new variant, JN.1, is the dominant strain.

Dr. Michael Osterholm, an infectious disease expert at the University of Minnesota, discusses the new strain and the importance of vaccinating against COVID-19.
