Exit Interview

Robert talks with Devall Patrick, Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights, about his three years at the Department of Justice. Patrick has resigned and will leave his position in January. Patrick says that, despite progress, the time has not yet come to think in terms of being color-blind in the realm of civil justice.
