Michigan State Capitol in Lansing

The race to be Michigan's next Attorney General is heating up -- and partisan bickering is dominating campaigns on both sides of the aisle.

WCMU's Mike Horace sat down with our Capital Bureau Chief Rick Pluta, to look at the races, and understand just how the nominees for each party are chosen.

In part one of their conversation, they take a look at the campaign for the Democratic nomination.

And in part two of the conversation, they turn their attention to the Republican nomination.
