Researcher says refugees need long-term solutions

There are over 65 million refugees and asylum seekers worldwide according to the United Nations. Experts say 85 percent of those people will never return to their country of origin.

Megan Bradley is a Professor working at the Institute for the Study of International Development at McGill University in Montreal.

She visited our studios to talk about the need for long-term solutions to the refugee crisis.

Bradley will speak at 7 pm March 21st in the Powers Hall Ballroom on the campus of Central Michigan University.
