Composer Richard Danielpour was first inspired to write The Passion of Yeshua in the early 2000s.  His thinking changed due to a film release in 2004, but he returned to the work some ten years later.  Now the oratorio is a Grammy winner.  Danielpour spoke with Mosaic host David Nicholas about the project.

The recording of Richard Danielpour’s The Passion of Yeshua is on Naxos Records.  The 63rd Grammy Awards were handed out Sunday night.
