The Michigan Supreme Court has elected to hear oral arguments for a case involving multiple universities and their initial responses to the COVID-19 pandemic. At the heart of the case is the question of whether Central Michigan University, Lake Superior State University and Eastern Michigan University are liable to students for tuition and room and board reimbursements. WCMU's News Director Amy Robinson spoke with Rick Brewer about the issues in the case.
