Governor Gretchen Whitmer is making stops across Michigan as she prepares to deliver her State of the State address next week.

“Educating our kids, making sure that Michigan is a competitive place for business, ensuring that we’re fixing those roads and rebuilding our water infrastructure, closing the skills gap. These are the things that really matter as we recover from COVID, and having a conversation with people in Macomb is one part of that.” said Governor Whitmer while she was in Royal Oak and Warren

The governor said she’s looking to fine tune her proposals as she puts the finishing touches on her State of the State speech.
