A family member says Jackson County Commissioner Jeromy Alexander is in stable condition following a skydiving accident.

Jeromy Alexander’s sister said Monday afternoon the county representative is conscious following the accident over the weekend.

Alexander is a former Jackson City Council Member who ran unsuccessfully for mayor in 2021.

He currently represents Jackson County as a District 7 commissioner.

That’s after being appointed last year to fill a vacancy.
