On today's Morning News Roundup, Michigan has passed a grim milestone as the Coronavirus continues to affect residents across the state. But at the same time, Michigan and other midwestern states are making plans for the reopening of the midwest's economy.

We'll also hear from a union representing grocery store workers. That union says increased pay should continue for those on the front lines of the Coronavirus crisis. Central Michigan University will hold undergraduate tuition steady next year, to help families struggling under the economic shutdown.

And a Michigan congressman is unhappy with the pace of the cleanup of the former Wurtsmith Air Force Base in Oscoda.
