Severe Thunderstorms, isolated tornadoes possible Tuesday evening

The National Weather Service has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Watch for the western half of Michigan's Lower Peninsula, until 10pm Tuesday, April 7.

According to the National Weather Service, scattered large hail and wind gusts of up to 75 miles per hour are possible. A few isolated tornadoes will also be possible across the state. 

The watch is generally in effect near and west of US-127, and includes the cities of Mount Pleasant, Clare, Cadillac, Kalkaska and Traverse City.
