UPDATE: Police say 2-year-old Gabriella Vitale has been found

The Michigan State Police is asking for the public’s help to find a missing child in Oscoda County.

 

UPDATE: Michigan State Police says Gabriella Vitale was found alive Tuesday Morning.

Officials said two-year-old Gabriella Vitale went missing around 8:00am Monday. They say Gabriella and her family live in the Monroe area, but were in Oscoda camping. While the family was packing up, Gabriella wandered off. 

 

Gabriella was last seen wearing a grey shirt, pink bottoms, and tennis shoes. 

 

The Michigan State Police says it’s using search dogs and  working alongside the Oscoda Sheriff’s Department, the Department of Natural Resources, and community volunteers to find Gabriella.

 

Police are asking if anyone has information to contact the Oscoda Sheriff’s Dispatch at (989) 826-3214.
