Michigan attorney general Bill Schuette has charged a northern Michigan doctor with sexual assault.

43 year old physician Jonathan Robertson is charged with eight counts of criminal sexual misconduct.

The charges follow an investigation into allegations that he prescribed narcotics in exchange for sexual favors.

Two women were allegedly assaulted between October of 2014 and April 2015.

Robertson was arraigned today (Wednesday) in Marquette District Court. One of his offices is in Marquette, the other is in Traverse City.

If anyone has any information about Robertson, they’re encouraged to contact Lt. Robin Lynde with the Michigan State Police at 313-418-2731.
