A new quarter was released today (Wednesday), and it comes with a little taste of Michigan.
The design on the back of the quarter is from one of Pictured Rock National Parks most iconic views, Chapel Rock.
Susan Reese is Chief of Interpretation and Education at Pictured Rocks National Park.
“I think the design is awesome, it’s just so clean and clear and really shows off Chapel Rock and the white pine so well and we think it’s a great representation of the park.”
Reese said the new quarters have been released and are now in circulation.
