The former Michigan State University sports doctor was sentenced today to between 40 and 175 years in prison.
For seven days, nearly 170 women and girls detailed how Nassar sexually abused them as young athletes.
The stories spanned more than two decades.
"Your decision to assault was precise, calculated, manipulative, devious, despicable."
Judge Rosemarie Aqualina read from a letter Nassar sent the court.
In it, he wrote he was a good doctor and the girls he treated had been misled by the media.
Nassar said quote "Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned."
