Severe Thunderstorm Watch issued until 4am

The National Weather Service has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Watch for the central Lower Peninsula, and parts of the northern Lower Peninsula, until 4:00am Tuesday.

The weather service says the biggest threat from these storms will be damaging winds. Storm damage was reported across Wisconsin as the storms moved through on Monday evening. As of 9:45pm, the storm were beginning to move across Lake Michigan.

The latest warnings are available from the National Weather Service's Grand Rapids and Gaylord field offices.
