Frustration mounts as Shanghai remains under lockdown

Millions in Shanghai remain under lockdown because of rising COVID-19 infections. But there are signs that things could be loosening up.

Authorities said they would start easing the lockdown in some areas of the city beginning Monday. We hear the latest from NPR’s Emily Feng.
