Fifteen state governors, including Governor Gretchen Whitmer, are calling on the federal government to take action on PFAs contamination.

At a meeting on Wednesday, Oscoda residents accused the Air Force of needlessly stalling efforts to clean up chemical contamination leaking from the former Wurtsmith Air Force Base.

Residents of Oscoda and veterans of the former Wurtsmith Air Force Base gathered Wednesday to say time is up and the Air Force needs to clean up PFAs pollution in the region.
