The beloved Rogers & Hammerstein musical, Carousel, is coming to Midland Center for the Arts this weekend.  With performers from Broadway playing the lead roles plus the Midland Center Orchestra and Chorus, this favorite will be staged in concert.  Matt Travis from the Center and Richard Carsey joined David Nicholas during Mosaic for a preview.


This year marks 100 years since the passage of the 19th Amendment granting women the right to vote.  The anniversary served as the inspiration for the exhibit, 2020 Vision: Seeing HERstory at Midland Center for the Arts. Jennifer Vannette is the curator of the exhibit running through April 26.  She along with Katie Miller and Josh Holiday from the Center joined David Nicholas during Mosaic to talk about the exhibit.


The Midland Symphony Orchestra and combined Choirs of the Center join together Saturday December 14 to present Holiday Pops at Midland Center for the Arts.  They will welcome soloist Chris Mann who starred in Phantom of the Opera.  Bohuslav Rattay, Music Director and Conductor of the MSO and Matt Travis, Director of Choral and Orchestral Programs at the Center, joined David Nicholas in studio during Mosaic for a preview.
