Senator Bernie Sanders is set to campaign for Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden in Metro Detroit on Monday.

Sanders is scheduled to address university students in Ann Arbor…a speech that will be live streamed to colleges across the state.

The Biden campaign says Sanders will note the various ways to cast a ballot this year.

Democrats hope to increase turnout among younger voters.

Sanders will also campaign at a car rally in Macomb County.

The Vermont senator lost to Biden in Michigan’s primary...but has since endorsed the nominee.

And Biden is trying to avoid a repeat of 2016…when many of Sanders’ supporters refrained from voting…after he lost the nomination to Hillary Clinton.

President Trump has repeatedly claimed Biden is beholden to Sanders…and will adopt his ultra-progressive agenda.
