The major party presidential contenders send two of their highest-profile surrogates to campaign in Michigan this week.

President Trump and Democratic nominee Joe Biden held events in Michigan last week.

And the campaigns are maintaining a presence in the battleground state.

Today (Mon.) Donald Trump Junior joins musician Kid Rock for an event at a boat club in Harrison Township.

That’s in Macomb County where voters were pivotal in swinging the state to Trump.

Tomorrow (Tue) Doctor Jill Biden campaigns in Grand Rapids before holding a listening session with military families in Battle Creek alongside Governor Gretchen Whitmer.

The Biden campaign among others has blasted the President after reports surfaced saying he called military personnel “suckers” and “losers.”
