Governor Rick Snyder and Enbridge Energy have reached a deal to replace the aging oil and gas pipeline under the Straits of Mackinac. The company would build a new stretch of Enbridge Line 5 buried in a tunnel beneath the bedrock. Michigan dairy farmers are getting a 510 million-dollar boost. Two new dairy processing facilities are scheduled to be built in St. Johns, north of Lansing. The plants are expected to create more than 250 new jobs.
