MSU investigation finds football players violated university policy

An attorney for the woman accusing three Michigan State University football players of sexual assault says the school's investigation found all three men violated university policies.

Karen Truszkowski represents the alleged victim.

She says she can't go into detail about what exactly the investigation found:

"The young men are entitled to their due process rights and to their privacy as well," Truszkowski said. "So at this point I think it would be premature for anyone to disclose the nature of the violations."

The school's title IX investigation is separate from the ongoing criminal investigation.

So far the Ingham County prosecutor hasn't announced whether she'll press charges in this case.

A spokesperson for MSU confirmed the internal investigation is complete, but couldn't give further details because of federal privacy laws.
